Starting at $5,250/Month 

+$350/hr. up to 15 hours

​​This tier includes the following Basic Legal Services:

  • General legal advice

  • Representation in routine business matters

  • Contract review

  • Basic legal research

  • Simple business formation

 

Availability: Clients in this tier will have limited direct access to the Attorney using what is called a "True Retainer". A True Retainer allows the Attorney to set aside time during a specific period or for a specific matter. This is a non-refundable retainer that will not go towards legal services. ​Attorney will provide Client with legal services for the amount secured with the True Retainer, at Attorney's Hourly Rate. This does not mean the legal services and overall service in any other tier will be any different, only the amount of time secured and the hourly rate is adjusted. Clients in this tier seeking to speak with the Attorney directly will need to schedule at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Hourly Rate: $350.00

  • Appointments in 72 Hours

Starting at $7,500/Month 

+$300/hr. up to 25 hours

​​This tier includes the following Comprehensive Legal Services:

  • Higher level of legal services 

  • In-depth legal research 

  • Representation in complex business matters

  • Contract Review/Negotiations

  • More significant business formation services

 

Availability: Clients in this tier will have improved direct access to the Attorney using what is called a "True Retainer". A True Retainer allows the Attorney to set aside time during a specific period or for a specific matter. This is a non-refundable retainer that will not go towards legal services. ​Attorney will provide Client with legal services for the amount secured with the True Retainer, at Attorney's Hourly Rate. This does not mean the legal services and overall service in any other tier will be any different, only the amount of time secured and the hourly rate is adjusted. Clients in this tier seeking to speak with the Attorney directly will need to schedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • In-depth analysis of complex business matters 

  • Strategic business planning

 

Availability: Clients in this tier will have a more hands on approach, with direct access to the attorney using what is called a "True Retainer". A True Retainer allows the Attorney to set aside time during a specific period or for a specific matter. This is a non-refundable retainer that will not go towards legal services. ​Attorney will provide Client with legal services for the amount secured with the True Retainer, at Attorney's Hourly Rate.  This does not mean the legal services and overall service in any other tier will be any different, only the amount of time secured and the hourly rate is adjusted. Clients in this tier seeking to speak with the Attorney directly will need to schedule at least 24 hours in advance.​
